EdGrow User Application – Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all users of the EdGrow User Application (“App”), operated by EdGrow (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to the Terms and Conditions.
Account Cancellation
Users may cancel their EdGrow account at any time by accessing the account settings within the App or by submitting a written request to our support email.
Once a cancellation request is processed, access to your account and related data will be permanently terminated.
EdGrow may retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes as allowed under applicable law.
Subscription and Service Cancellation
If the App offers paid subscriptions or premium services, users may cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid recurring charges.
Cancellations made after a billing cycle has started will not be eligible for a refund for that cycle.
Users are responsible for reviewing their subscription details before confirming payment or renewal.
EdGrow-Initiated Cancellations
EdGrow reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account if the user violates the Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent or unlawful behavior, or misuses the App in any manner.
Upon such cancellation, users will lose access to all associated data and services without entitlement to any refund or compensation.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only in cases of duplicate transactions, technical errors, or service issues directly attributable to EdGrow.
Refund requests should be initiated within seven (7) business days from the date of payment by contacting our support team with valid transaction details.
All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period, as determined by EdGrow and payment gateway partners.
Modification of Cancellation Policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect operational or legal requirements. Any revisions will be communicated through the App or by direct notice. Continued use after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
